I had a great stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. The location was excellent, and the dining experience, while good, had a few limitations. The facilities were well-maintained, making it a comfortable choice overall.
The hotel was quite clean and accommodating, but the rooms are pretty small. Despite the AC being turned down to 66, it would not cool off; however, the stay was very comfortable. The service was very helpful and understanding, especially when dealing with unexpected fees. The location was convenient for our needs, although a car was necessary for getting around. The dining experience was good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were nice and located on the 5th floor, the check-in process was slow, and there were noisy children disrupting the peace throughout the night. The hotel's service was friendly and accommodating, but the noise level from housekeeping carts was a bit bothersome. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants, ideal for those attending events at the nearby Gothic Theatre, and the inclusive breakfast was impressive. However, the dining service was slow, although the food quality was excellent.
